Report a Withdrawal

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, for eligible items. Some pieces made to your specification are excluded, please see our Delivery & Return policy.

To notify us of a withdrawal, email us at info@lepaul.amsterdam and include:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The date you received your order
• The item or items you wish to withdraw
• A short statement, for example: "I hereby withdraw from my contract of sale for the item(s) below."

You do not need to give a reason for your withdrawal. If you would like to tell us why, though, we would be grateful, it helps us improve. This is entirely optional and never affects your right to withdraw or your refund.

Once we receive your notice, we will confirm the return address and the next steps. Refunds are handled as described in our Delivery & Return policy.
