STONE & MATERIAL DETAILS+
Every Misis piece is made in Vicenza, one of Italy's historic centres of goldsmithing, and the brand takes its name from Mysis, the tiny shrimp that feeds the creatures of the sea. Each jewel is built on 925 sterling silver, plated in 18k gold or rhodium and finished with a protective e-coating that helps guard the colour and shine. The enamels are hand-painted by skilled artisans, so no two pieces are ever quite identical. Nickel-free and lead-free, to EU standards.
The crab arrives in gold-plated sterling silver, its body coated in pink mother-of-pearl enamel that suggests a shell sun-bleached just enough to matter. Black enamel eyes settle firmly on their claws, which catch light through pavé-set white cubic zirconia. Opposite it, the starfish spreads out in rhodium-plated sterling silver, equally studded with zirconias but decidedly cooler in tone.
This ring is substantial by Positano standards, deliberately so, measuring 26.2 by 25 millimetres and built to adjust between sizes 52 and 58. The two-tone pairing is less a compromise than a conversation: warm gold against cool silver, coral pink against icy sparkle.
A small creature caught mid-step feels less absurd here than you might expect. It is more a plain acknowledgement that life includes some odd companions and they deserve a place on your hand.

CARE & LONGEVITY+
Your piece is built to last with a little care. Remove it before swimming, bathing, exercise, or applying perfume, lotion or cosmetics. Contact with water and chemicals is what dulls plating fastest.
Cleaning: wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. For a deeper clean, use a little mild soap in lukewarm water and a soft brush, then rinse and pat dry.
Storage: keep it in your Le.Paul pouch, separately from other jewellery, to prevent scratching.
This piece combines 18k gold and rhodium plating. To keep both finishes, avoid prolonged water, chemicals and friction against hard surfaces.
